White v. Ford Motor Company (United States District Court for the State of Nevada, No. CV-N-95-00279), resulted in the 3rd-largest product liability verdict in the United States.

Caruso v. Neuman Medical Center (Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, February Term, 1998, No. 1060), and Welteroth v. Spectrascan (Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County, No. 96-C-1462V) were, at the time, the largest medical malpractice verdicts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Sparber v. A.I. duPont Institute for Children, 1997 W. L. 113842 (Del. 1997), represents the largest jury verdict in the State of Delaware. Hall v. SEPTA, (Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, February Term, 1997, No. 0732) represented the largest personal injury verdict in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Donnelly v. Phoenixville Hospital, Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, April term 1997 Number 2531, resulted in the largest published settlement of a malpractice case during trial.
